For online purchases, we grant you a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you may cancel the purchase agreement without stating any reasons. Please return the items unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will usually be made to the original payment method used. Alternatively, you may, upon request, receive a store credit for the corresponding amount.

The customer bears the cost of return, unless the delivered goods are faulty or do not match the order. In such cases, we will cover the return costs. Please contact our customer service at brookerfashion@email.de beforehand.
